HOW DOES IT WORK?


1. Bigger size? Different colour? Just let us know that you would like to exchange the product. To do this you’ve got 14 days from the date of receiving the product. To do so you can:
a) send us an e-mail: shop@obsessive.com
b) fill in THIS form and send it directly to us.

2. After letting us know that you want to exchange something you’ve got another 14 days to send us exchanged products. Carefully pack all parts of exchanged product, add filled in exchange form and send the package to:

Don’t forget to add the postscript: „EXCHANGE + your order no.”

Please, remember that we do not collect unpaid packages and we do not pick up packages from the Click&Collect (in Poland called Paczkomaty).

3. Remember that exchanged product has to be:
a) clean, unused, devoid of any smells (any kind of cosmetics or perfumes)
b) with tags and all originally attached labels

Remember that destroyed, stained, used or incomplete products cannot be exchanged. We will send them back to you at your expense.

4. In case of exchanging into a more expensive product, please transfer the outstanding amount of money to:

5. In case of exchanging into a cheaper product, we will return you the exact amount of money. Please, remember to leave your account number while filling in the returning form.

 

Returns


 

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND GET BACK MY MONEY
(Right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement)


1. Did you change your mind? Would you like to return purchased product? You can do this – just let us know. You’ve got 14 days from the date of receiving the product. To do so you can:

2. After letting us know that you want to return something you’ve got another 14 days to send us products. Carefully pack all parts of returned product, add filled in return form and send the package to:

4. We will send you a refund within 14 days from the moment of receiving your returned products. However, we do our bests to send you money way faster.
In case of returning all products from your order your refund will include the value of products + the cost of the cheapest shipping option in our online store.
However, remember that in case of returning only part of your order, we will not return any shipping costs. In this case the refund will include the value of returned products. 

5. Products ordered by redeeming a Voucher cannot be returned. However, you can exchange them into other products available in our offer. To know more details, please check “Withdrawal and returns”.

 

Complaints

 

THE PRODUCT WHICH I’VE BOUGHT HAS A FAULT


1. Did you spot a fault? Let us know! We will fix the product or if it’s not possible, we’ll send you new one! Below you can find the exact directions what to do.

2. Any faults caused by not following the washing, ironing or usage rules will not be respected.

3. Remember that in case of sending us faulty product it has to be clean, devoid of any smells, stains etc. In other case, complaint may not be investigated.

COMPLAINT STEP BY STEP


1. Contact us and let us know about the faulty product. You can do this by:

2. Faulty products and filled in complaint form should be sent to:

Remember that shipping costs are at your expenses, however in case of justified complaint we will return all shipping costs. Please, keep in mind that we do not collect unpaid packages and we do not pick up packages from the Click&Collect (in Poland called Paczkomaty).

3. Any information regarding your complaint will be sent via e-mail on the e-mail address given by you in the Complaint Form.

DETAILED INFORMATION REGARDING WITHDRAWAL POLICY


You have 14 days to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement without giving any reason. This time is counted from the moment of receiving or picking up the product. To withdraw from the Purchase Agreement, you should inform us about your decision (by sending us information by fax or via e-mail). Do you need our contact data? Here they are:

You can also fill in the Return form, however it isn’t mandatory. You can always send us any unambiguous statement informing about withdrawing from the Purchase Agreement by e-mail: shop@obsessive.com.
In this case we will send you the confirmation of receiving your message. Remember to inform us about your decision within 14 days from the day of receiving the product.

RESULTS FROM THE WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT


In case of withdrawing from the agreement we will refund you the value of purchased products and the value of the cheapest shipping option to your country offered at our online store. Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the moment of receiving your returned products and informing us about your withdrawal decision. We will return your money in the same way as your method of payment. You can always change it – for example, by giving us your bank account number (during filling in the form). In any case, you do not bear any costs beside the shipping back costs.

To send us returned products you have 14 days from the day in which you’ve informed us about your returning decision.
Remember that you bear the shipping back costs. In case of using the product in any other way than necessary to state its character and functionality features, you are responsible for any debasements.

DETAILED INFORMATION REGARDING COMPLAINTS
Obligation of providing faultless and lawful products


According to the applicable act the owner of Obsessive online store is responsible for providing faultless and lawful products.

Complaint procedure


In case of any faults you can:
a) demand an adequate discount,
b) withdraw from the purchase agreement,
c) exchange faulty product into the same, faultless item
d) demand fixing the fault.

The exception from these rules are 2nd Quality products


Faults can be ascertained within two years from the date of buying the product. Exchanging into faultless product or fixing faulty product lapses after one year, however not earlier than within two years from the date of buying product. As a consumer you are obliged to send us faulty product at your expense. Your complaint will be answered within 14 days.

Out-of-court settlements


You should be informed that there are multiple different ways of solving complaints or other matters, such as: arbitration, mediation and/or conciliatory. Mentioned above ways are governed by the adequate Polish law and restrictions. Listings of arbiters and mediators are provided by chairmen of adequate Provincial Courts.
